Friends of Horsey Seals is a member of the Seal Alliance which is a collective of regional organisations focused on marine conservation work with seals.
A new information poster aimed at the general public has been created on why giving seals space is so vital to their health and survival.
The poster includes what to do and what not to do as well as some helpful information on how to interpret seal behaviour – frequently, humans misinterpret signals the seals display.
Please view the poster and share this information with everyone you can and most importantly, inform them to not seek encounters with seals.
