Safety of our Wardens – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In response to government advice on minimising the spread of Covid 19 virus and to comply with our duty of care to our volunteers and visitors Friends of Horsey Seals (FoHS) are standing down all our wardens from Sunday 22nd March 2020.

There will be no wardens on the beaches while these measures remain in place

Will all visitors please respect the seals if they visit our beaches.

Seals are wild animals and we ask you not to approach closer than a bus length (12 metres) for their comfort and for your own safety and the safety of your dogs

Please keep your dogs on a lead whenever seals are about.

Medical advise in respect of the spread of the virus is to keep a distance of at least 2 metres from other visitors

We thank you for your assistance.
